About Themis

     Themis is a socially conscious product, typically placed in social settings and intimate gatherings, portraying a neutral judge that reacts to offensive terms and sounds. It is an artificially intelligent entity that personifies political correctness, simultaneously fabricating tension among individuals with the constant monitoring of their behavior, yet still accommodating space for education and raising awareness of what is perceived as socially appropriate. 

 

     With Themis's creation, it aspires to scrutinize the ideology of political correctness, what is considered offensive, what can be perceived as inappropriate towards certain cultures, individuals, matters, etc. As a result, hopefully fabricating a society where each person holds themselves accountable in an empathetic sense.
